She now has decades of experience throughout the business in which to assist her customers every step of the way through the process. She continually works with her clients to improve processes to save them money and help them grow, creating lasting relationships that have proven successful for both her and her customers.

Jan began her career at Press Enterprise in 2000 as a member of our Circulation department and then moved into Commercial printing where she became a CSR. Her 20+ years of customer service, problem-solving, and scheduling have given her the experience to tackle the most intensive jobs. She follows each job from before the files arrive until it is out the door, delivered, and invoiced.
